Im in such a gorgeous mood today! First of all, there's no school today, or tommorow (on Halloween), and then a the weekend follows that! I usually wake up at 6:00 a.m. and get ready for school. When I woke up today, it was at 9:47 a.m. with no one home but me. The house was freezing outside my little oasis of covers. I stayed inside, and rolled around, with a huge grin on my face. When I finally stepped out I went to my closet, threw on some sweat pants, a loose camisole, socks, and my froggy robe from 4th grade's christmas [it was huge when I got it]. Then I went into the kitchen, and looked inside the fridge. Last nights Chile was calling me, even though it was breakfast time. I put some on the stove, and also was boiling some water for tea. As that was happening, I went to the bathroom to brush teeth/pee/ wash face/ etc. I enjoyed some hot chilly and jasmine tea as I was watching re-runs of Higgly Town Hero's on disney channel. Then, I finished reading 20 pages of Love, Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli- I had been working on it since September! (Im a slow reader). I definately reccomend it to you though. Then stuff happened and I'm now online writing this! Anyways, its so beautiful outside today here in Chicago. The air is crisp, and a big blue sky is ensuring a good day.

The weather is changing, like my immune system

Well, I've got a sore throat, along with every other person in my school. The common cold spreads quickly, so dont share chapstick, drinks, or eat someones cough. [Especially this time of season, (fall/winter in Chicago.. idk where the rest of you are).]

Anyway, when I logged into Blogger today, I was very happy :) I have 4 followers! Seems like a milestone for me, since I just got my blog this past October. *Check my followers out, they are pretty darn cool! Anyways, Im in great need of any type of fatty bakery item, especially brownies :p Here are some photos to warm up your senses:

Obama Mama!

Me and me padre got a good chuckle watching the news this evening, when we found out that someone in Hollywood hung up a mannequin of Sarah Palin, hanging, with duck tape over her mouth. Police are currently pondering whether they have the right to take it down are not. I say, keep it up! Here is a picture of the ridiculous mannequin! Har Har :D

NEWS:

My grandma used to live with us until yesterday- she was old and stayed so she wouldn't be too lonely. Oh dear god im making it sound like she died! She didn't. She moved to a nursing home a few blocks away. So anyhoo, four rooms in the house, one suddenly un-occupied. Not just any room though- one that had a balcany, and a small bathroom. My sister and I each jumped at the chance to take it, and being so close in age my mom insisted on flipping a coin. I won. HA! So before I move into the room, im doing a little re decorating.

I am going to paint the wall a deep purple like this:

My mom said I could get a new comforter too, so Im getting a white down one like above^

Then Ill just clean up my old crap, place the furniture well, and find other things around the house to make it look good! Excited! I might even start a garden on the balcany!

School Dance was today- the finale of spirit week, Woot! I got my dance on. It is actually one of my favorite things to do [dance], and it is extremely fun! I'll definately hit the clubs when Im older ;) Anyways, the music was pretty good, and I enjoyed myself. I wish every day there was a dance.. :( Well, have a great friday!

Clean Slate

HEY! So, hence the freaking title, im taking a clean slate! I mean, meh, I didn't like where things were really going (no-where) in my past posts, so im starting fresh and have deleted all posts prior to this one, which were only eight. Consider those ones me expirementing around with what I wanted to write about. Well now, I've got it under control, no worries. I hope you people stay tuned.
